Blazor Server - Basic Cookie Authentication without Identity

Has anyone had success implementing basic cookie authentication without identity, while hosted in IIS?

I had a good solution working local, but upon hosting in IIS, I found the sign in is not successful.

So, this was not actually an issue. The problem was something further up the chain. Thanks anyway.
