Using Webmatrix.dll and Webmartix.data.dll with Blazor

Is it possible to use webmatrix data access technology within a Blazor Project? My needs are basic and I do not want to get into the entity framework etc? How can I use Webmatrix.dll and Webmartix.data.dll within a Blazor Project?
