GPU Hardware acceleration blazor-server

Hi i would like to know if blazor-server can still use hardeware acceleration from the GPU with css animation since everything is suppose to be calculated on the server.

I believe the CSS processing will occur on the user's computer, since their system will be what's reading the stylesheet and styles.
