Could someone please help:

I am fairly new to Blazor, I am very familiar to web development using html, javascript, css etc.  Question: is the Telerik.UI.For.Blazor toolset heavily used?  I have created some sample Blazor pages using 

css, javascript functions etc without Telerik and I have been very impressed with what Blazor can do.  But I have been very disappointed when trying to incorporate Telerik.  I have not been able to find 

a way to call custom Javascript  functions etc nor use inline styles.  It's almost like Telerik went out of their way to dumb their toolset down and limit your design capabilities.  

Thoughts?  What are other Dev's doing, ie: straight html with Blazor and C# or third party toolsets.
