Does NavigationManager.NavigateTo() Works in IE 11

I am trying Blazor server app, but redirection from one page to another is not working in IE but working in all other browsers. I am using NavigationManager.NavigateTo()

I don't think it's an issue with the Navigation Manager. Buttons with the "onclick" HTML element attribute don't seem to work in IE 11. I just created a new Blazor Server project and the Counter doesn't work in the default project in IE 11 either.
